2024 GREAT AMERICAN ECLIPSE TEXAS AERO RAMP RESERVATIONS
Texas Aero is excited to be right in the middle of one of the premier locations in the US to see the April 2024 total solar eclipse. Being in the path of totality, we know lots of folks want to fly in to experience this once in a lifetime event. While we would love to host everyone who wants to come, ramp space is limited.
If you plan on joining us for the days surrounding the event, you MUST have a reservation.

THINGS TO KNOW...
- YOU MUST HAVE A RESERVATION TO STAY PARKED AT TEXAS AERO! DROPPING OFF PASSENGERS WILL STILL REQUIRE A RESERVATION.
- Planes with more than 15 passengers will be treated as a group charter. The above rates do not apply. Select "Group Charter" when filling out the form and our staff will contact you with details.
- The above rates start on Friday, April 5th and allow parking through Tuesday, April 10th. The rate covers the entire weekend and is the same regardless of arrival date.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING on airport property. If you plan to stay over night, you will need to find accommodations in the area off of airport property. See below for info on local accommodation options.
- Due to the large number of aircraft, it would be greatly appreciated if you would let us know your fuel needs in the form below. It will help us insure that we have plenty of fuel for everyone that lands.
- NOTE: Additional contact with ATC will be required in order to land. Time slots are being alotted to help manage the large number of planes expected.
- CANCELATION POLICY: Due to the high demand for ramp space at this event our cancelation policy is as follows... Full payment is due at time of reservation. If you need to cancel, you must do so on or before March 22, 2024 for a full refund. If you cancel after March 22, and on or before March 29, 2024 you will be refunded your paid amount minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fees are as follows. Pistons - $100, Turbo Props - $200, Small Jets - $250 and Large Jets - $500. Cancellations after March 29, 2024 will be non-refundable.
